About Me

Fiolet Ksenyak (they/them)

I am a queer nonbinary neurodivergent disruptor striving to create a better reality so everyone and every body can feel a sense of belonging and thrive at work, in the outdoors, all ways. My mission is to influence progressive and systemic change through a human resources practice guided by justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (JEDIA), that centers antiracism as foundational to this work. My approach focuses on intersectionality, authentic relationship building, and unlearning to enable growth. My HR career spans 20 years working in the areas of environmental restoration and stewardship, youth leadership and conservation, international development/water, sanitation and hygiene, and outdoor recreation and environmental education. Previously, I was a newspaper reporter and a copy editor.

I am bilingual in Spanish and certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Associate Consultants

Juan Pérez Sáez (he/him/él)

Executive Coach, Cofounder

I have dedicated my personal and professional life to conservation, advocacy, environmental education, and stewardship. While building community and creating opportunities for many others to connect with the outdoors. In my role between 2021 and 2024, I disrupted the narrative daily for what an Executive Director is expected to be. I see myself to be a weaver, a builder, and a storyteller. With more than 15 years of experience in this field, I played a leading role in designing and implementing advocacy campaigns driving federal policy to protect public lands, the climate, and western US.

I am bilingual EN/SP, with vast cross-cultural experience, Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Management , a Master of Science in Environment and Natural Resources as well as a Fulbright Scholar recipient between 2012-2014.
